On hold slot will be hold for 30 days, I might give you a notice a few days before day 30th, if there're no response, I'll remove you from the on hold list. If from a limited commission batch, you have 3 days to hold the slot and 7 days to pay for the commission

Commission without background will be prefered on the list. That means commission with background will be done first before ones with background

You must send the payment before I start my work (or after I send the first sketch)

Sketch will be sent after you pay to check if there’re any errors, you’ll have 5 times for me to fix the drawing. If the change is too majorly affected the drawing, you must pay bonus fee

Complex characters/adding complex details (like wings, mechanical things...) also cost extra charges. If you're wondering whether your idea contained adding details, just ask me

Please send your payment in USD (this is important)

If you wondering why speedpaint also cost a little fee, because editing and rendering takes sometimes too

Please don't rush me. I know that it'll take a sometimes to finish your piece because I still need to balance my time with other projects

You're not allowed to reproduce or redistribute my artwork (that includes re-selling, mass-producing, merch, NFTs,...)

I reserved all rights to my work

You may make edits to your commision as long as they do not claim the art work as your own

You may post their commission anywhere, as long as there is credit
